Frequently asked questions

Do we have to wash everything before returning?

You do not need to wash any of our rental items. Please rinse and remove food and liquid thoroughly prior to returning.

Do you ship any of your rentals

We offer local delivery. We currently do not offer shipping.

What happens of a guest accidentally breaks or damages one of the rental items?

In the event a rental item is returned stained, damaged, or broken, customer will be charged the cost of the individual piece.

Is there a minimum rental amount?

There is a minimum rental amount of $125

Do you set up and style?

We can provide a full set up and styling service for large and small events, coorporate events and weddings. Depending on the size of the order, location and amount of people needed, we can quote a price for set up, style and dismantle. Please contact us to discuss your party.

Do have to pay delivery fees?

Our delivery fees are a flat rate of $40. This includes delivery and pick up.

I would like to book a package but I don't know how many guests we will have until closer to the date.

We recommend booking the lowest amount of anticipated guests and then contact us 5 days prior to your event to add more guests to your package.

How long do I have the rental items for?

Our rental period is for 48 hours (two days). We like to deliver items to our clients one day before their event to give them time to get organized and set up! We collect your rental items 48 hours after delivery. If you need the rentals delivered and collected on the same day please contact us to arrange.

Is there a late fee?

Please email us if you are going to be late returning any of our rentals so we can work with you to try and avoid any late fees. If the rental items are not returned on the agreed upon date and time, you will be charged the rental amount per each day late and/or a late pick up fee. Please see our policies for details.

Am I able to cancel?

You are able to receive a full refund up until 10 days before the date of your delivery. We do not offer any refunds within the 10 day period before your delivery date.
